Receive orders
To ensure that you receive the best coffee quality roasted beans or ground coffee,
KOKEKAFFE will only produce the order after getting confirmation from the customer.
Day 1: Order confirmation
KOKEKAFFE will confirm the order before 12:00 noon every day and then start production.
We will prioritize orders according to the date and time of order, In the event that our order list is full for that day, your order will be produced on the following day.
Day 2: Roasting and Packing
Day 3: Delivery
The delivery date is usually 3 to 5 days after the order day (Excluding Saturdays - Sundays)

KOKE KAFFE 秉持提供新鮮烘焙咖啡，均採確認訂單後進行排單生產。
第一天：確認訂單
每日中午12:00前完成訂單確認並進行生產排單作業。如當天排單已滿則順延於次日生產，以此類推。
第二天：烘焙及包裝
第三天：配送
到貨時間依實際出貨日算起約3-5日工作天（不含列週六、周日及國家假日）
