=KOKEKAFFE 的創意與發想＝

Kokekaffe 一詞是源自於挪威文，為北歐人採用最簡單而不繁複的柴火烹煮咖啡，將其浸泡後直接飲用的方式。沒有昂貴或華麗的咖啡沖煮器材，卻能品嚐出咖啡最單純及原始的風味。Logo為三個英文K字組成，融合了樹枝及柴火的圖案，充份呈現出純粹和樸拙的原始感。

The word of "kokekaffe" originates from Norwegian language, a.k.a "steeped coffee in a kettle." Norwegians usually prepare over an open fire to enjoy the meals topped with kokekaffe when they head to their cabins, to forest, mountains or fjord. Simplicity is the key in this brewing method. Historically it has been the most popular brewing method by far, even in the home. It requires no special equipment apart from a container, be it a pot or kettle.
